I could've sworn something similar happened in PGN, but this does raise a question: Davey Lewman has been killed, but he's always come back. Does this imply that Davey Lewman isn't what they call "mortal" or "human"? It would explain how he manages to do things like get legitimate, SIGNED documents ordering the construction of a personal house right on top of the sandy shores PD, overthrow the entire national guard, have a seemingly endless supply of willing and remorseless juggernauts, somehow get a job at the MIB, start an entire criminal organization that almost wins against the entire LSPD, literally join the secret service after a history of, and likely extensive criminal record of attacking (or worse) governmental and law enforcement figures, literally getting and distributing medication that gives the user super powers, somehow have the funding for military-grade equipment that isn't even possible to be made in the modern age, start a mafia, and probably many other things. I refuse to believe Davey Lewman is something as simple as a guy with incredible luck. Oh no, he's much more.
