Inappropriate messages is a very general term, the r word, f word, and other swear words can be deemed as "inappropriate". You an be talking about shooting ppl in a game and it can be taken out of context as "inappropriate". Since the twitch law enforcement didnt push it (apparently), I believe it was out of context messages used to terminate his contract. But he should release the msgs or he will always be called a P-word.

Would've been great if doc provided evidence for any of the claims he made. When asked to just show the messages he said what is this second grade. Not a good look. He could end this entire ordeal and narrative about him in one minute by releasing the messages.

First off, I want to thank you for doing the hardest Job in these united states, with high respect to you. Now you looked at this statement with your training as a peace officer, I was also reading the room so to speak and yes I could tell you were having a hard time putting your finger on it. Yes doc waited a little bit to speak, however twitch should have condemned him immediately back before the ban the reason twitch didn't is because doc busted them and the civil courts determined twitch was defaming him then twitch settled with monetary award but they put these NDA'S in the settlement clause. Finally if doc was guilty with sexting a minor he would get locked up, lost his career and Guy Behm also would lose his family.

@@williamblake831 regarding his arbitration case there was an NDA agreed which forbid anyone from talking about the case. However, regarding whether or not he and his lawyers are preparing a lawsuit for defamation against Cody Conner’s… I don’t know of any legal binding that would forbid the doc from disclosing more detailed information. I would say that it would be unwise until the case is ready and it is normal practice to keep it hush hush until the lawyers are ready to talk about it.

The documents may be sealed. And even if he could, he most definitely should not. Not only would that be terrible for any future litigation but its not his job to release them. They are twitch intellectual property. Not to mention he already proved his innocence when he walked out with 12 million bucks. ​@@xQuirkee
