Am all about maximizing work time. Asking people who don't get paid OT to work more then 40 hrs just pisses them off. But if you encourage to get more effort in a pursuit of NOT working OT....people stay happy. Working for incentives also seems to help, free lunches...get off a hour early here and there. I get the whole "Quality not Quantity" thing. I've got some learning differences (Or most people like to call them disabilities) and I need a IPP which stands for an "Individualized Program Plan". This plan helps me with my schoolwork by customizing the courses to my needs. I do better with quality and not so much quantity, so on my plan it states that if there are for example, three essays about generally the same thing, I only have to do one. Because as soon as you up the quantity, you start losing quality. And personally I think almost everyone could benefit from this . It's not just me.

I've been so busy at university I've totally forgotten about the quality of your vlogs, Casey! I've missed them, glad to be back. Also - if you look to also alert your 'system' a bit more, instead of just drinking coffee you can also drink bitter/sour juices like juice from blood oranges or even just orange juice with maybe a splash of lemon/lime. Even just water with lemon and lime in it hydrates you, gives you vitamins and helps you stay alert and awake, I find it really good to use when I have days with long classes, generally long days. If you know any ergotherapist around you, they know a ton of little nips and tricks that you can do, eat and drink to help your body be naturally more alert and productive. :) Cheers
