It`s Polina at her best. All her performances at the Singer 2019 were splendid. Such a great singer and still undervalued in the West. One thing to be said for the Chinese hosts - they do everthing to make the performers sound great. A lot of work in that arrangements.

@@Hundhammer omg what are you doing to me, at first I thought okay a really nice song with a nice voice, but the further she got the more difficult it got for me. ....when Jayce started singing I totally broke. Still thank you for this video it threw me back in time when I was 20/21 years old and I was not well due to a year of drug use. Luckily I can proudly remember the moment I decided with the help of a friend and family to stop immediately. I am open about this because I am not ashamed of it ....it was a period of weakness and I came out strong.😁

But I think those tears some songs and musicians are able to evoke sometimes are the most precious thing music can gift us with, of course it's also nice to vibe on a happy song, but things like this have a cathartic effect in my opinion, some songs like 'Ashitae' I have to listen to many times until I can hear them without tears, and I will listen to them as often as it takes... It feels like some things in my heart and soul that have encrusted and got stuck are dissolving under the healing influence of art, and after that I always feel lighter, happier, as if a burden has been taken off my back...
