Seems like the instrument on the right is a kemence and the tambourine type thing is a kanjira. I think this is Turkish folk music, since that's the location in the about section of the channel Elif'in Hecesi, which has a shit ton of music like this including more from the kanjira player (Ozgur Baba). Hope i helped some. Edit: someone else in the comments said the languages are Persian and Turkish
