✈ Polish light bomber from WWII - PZL.23 Karaś designed in the early 1930s -

The PZL.23 Karaś was a Polish light bomber and reconnaissance aircraft used during the interwar period and the early stages of World War II. Designed and produced by the PZL (Panstwowe Zaklady Lotnicze - State Aviation Works) in the 1930s, the PZL.23 Karaś was intended to replace the aging PZL.7 and PZL.11 biplanes.
The aircraft featured a metal structure and was equipped with a Pratt & Whitney Twin Wasp radial engine. It had a crew of two and was armed with defensive machine guns. The PZL.23 saw service with the Polish Air Force during the German invasion of Poland in 1939. However, it faced significant challenges against the more modern and advanced German aircraft.
Despite its limited success and eventual obsolescence in the face of newer technologies, the PZL.23 Karaś played a role in the early stages of World War II, showcasing the challenges faced by the Polish Air Force during the invasion.

I had never heard of this aircraft but wow it has so much character! A quick wiki and I learned "On 2 September 1939, a single PZL.23B of the 21st Escadrille was responsible for the bombing of a factory in Ohlau, inside Germany, the first bombing raid to be conducted against a target within the Third Reich." They also commenced dangerous low altitude raids against the advancing Germans. Imagine attacking the full might of a fresh Nazi Germany and Luftwaffe in something like this. BRAVE PILOTS. I'm definitely getting one.

Dopóki nie zobaczę modelu w czyichś rękach na jakiejś recenzji, albo sam go nie dorwę (a dorwę), to nie powiem co jest tu sknocone (a jest). Jako staremu modelarzowi "coś" tu nie pasuje. Jeszcze nie wiem co, ale się dowiem (choć kilka rzeczy już widzę i to nie jest paralaksa) :> Właśnie siedzę nad rekonstrukcją płata do Ki-61-I (co też nie jest prawdą, bo to nie jest tak do końca ta wersja) i szlag mnie trafia, jak moża to było skopać. Chyba ktoś nie spojrzał nawet na poszczególne rzuty. Żeby to jeszcze skalę trzymało... :( Kadłub niewiele lepszy, a statecznik pionowy od Fw-190 (tu zostaje już tylko pilnik). Nie mam pojęcia za co mścił się projektant na tym modelu. Mam nadzieję, że Karaś niczym się nie naraził. Na plus: 3 figurki i ustrzerzenie poziome (ale tu jest też jeden z baboli MOŻLIWY do naprawienia). Uprzedzając komentarze o barwie tego modelu: zasadniczo jest poprawna, a jeśli ktoś twierdzi, że powinna być zielona, to niech sobie poczyta o zachowaniu się pigmentu khaki pod wpływem słońca w funkcji czasu, sprawdzi, kiedy wyprodukowano ten typ i powiąże kropki. Pozdro dla kumatych :>
