The preparation for the application of sealers would take time if the slab needs repairs first or needs to be smoothened using a topping. As for the tile adhesive, you may need to use a topping as well so as to avoid using the thick bed method. Plus, the price of tiles could also vary depending on the type of tile to be used.

The preparation for the application of floor sealers would take time if the slab needs repairs first or needs to be smoothened using a topping.
