How XG usually does their choreography is. They get send a choreography from Sienna LaLau and The LAB who has done 95% of their choreography. Jurin who is the leader and dance leader then goes over it alone because she's the quickest at learning new choreography and then teaches the other members. After they all have that choreography down and memorized they start fine-tuning it. A good video to see how they learn new choreography is XTRA XG #44 (‘SOMETHING AIN'T RIGHT’ Dance Practice Behind) where you can see that all of them have input and how high they set the bar for themselves.

Now you need to check out the ASL version of this song they did so you can pick up just how much it’s included in the choreography, only problem you will have to watch the dance practice multiple times to catch it all

The choreography also includes them doing sign language at times. It's why they stomp a lot as well in this one.

One of the hardest parts of doing this on a world tour is getting the right size/ quality chairs. From the BTS the initial ones in China were too small.
