"The Political Thought of Islam: From the Prophet Muhammad to the Present"( by Antony Black) you can go through the second addition also. 2. "Islamic Political Thought: An Introduction" by (Gerhard Bowering) 3. "Political Thought in Islam: A Study in Intellectual Boundaries" by (Patricia Crone) 4. "Islam and the Political Theory: Governance and the State in the Early Islamic Period" by (Mohammad Amin) 5. "The Crisis of Islamic Civilization" by (Ali A. Allawi) These books cover various aspects of Islamic political theory, governance, and the historical development of political thought within the Islamic tradition.

There is another important book namely:"A History of Muslim Philosopher's " By( M. M. Shareef) in which he describes only 3 essential components for muslim govt. i. e; 1."Shura"(chapter no. 42,verse no. 49) . 2."Ijma"(chapter no. 4,verse no. 115). 2."Bayt"(chapter no. 42,verse no. 18).
