I didn’t get the uproar from people about submitting a video about “what’s important to you” raffle from AMM either. It didn’t have to be political, it could’ve been about “mental health, education, homelessness, etc.” 🤷🏽‍♂️

When James Whitner went on the complex sneaker podcast and spoke about Supreme putting bandana print on the Jason Kidd flights it made me respect him a lot more. Like you said the IG videos weren’t the only means to getting the sneakers so I don’t understand why people were stressed.

Thanks to him I was able to cop a pair for retail, I got mine on the initial release on their website and they just arrived today, absolutely beautiful pair and feels so premium and luxurious. I hope other big brands take notes on how they dropped this pair because that’s the level I’m comparing them too.

You best believe JW knew what he was doing. People = Politics. Even as a business, it plays a significant role in how overlooked communities get access to resources and opportunities. If you think this was just about hype sneakers, you missed AMM's whole mission and should buy sneakers that lack that kinda detail and intention for the community.

A MA MANIERE' hitting them back to back to back with they're luxury touches on all 4 that have dropped , I have the 3's and these. On the real the A Ma Maniere'4's feel very close to the TS 4 Friends and Family pair that I own. Don't sleep people's this is S.O.T.Y. for me.

I’m one of the folks that wasn’t feeling the vid raffle but with that said retailers can drop their product how they see fit. Consumers have to get in where they fit in so I waited for the online drop and was able to cop a 10.5 and 13. I traded the 10.5 for my size 11 and ooped the 13 to a friend, everything ended up working out for me in the end so no complaints on my on my end.

I’m republican and I like the shoes. But politics doesn’t need the be brought into business. Just like if I had a business I wouldn’t bring my political views into it lol. All I’d care about is providing my customers with a high quality product!

Yea…Great reminder as to why I “unsubbed” & clicked “don’t recommend” on this dudes channel… Idk why you would continuously bring politics into your channel when it’s billed as a sneaker channel…. Not sure why I even clicked but I guess it’s cause I really liked his channel before this move…but sadly still a muppets show! Gotta remain center at all times, and not choose your sides without first thoroughly & independently verifying both the information and the source… Just would love to ask him out of curiosity…have you ever actually listened to what your political opponents are saying? (And I don’t mean via a 5 second out of context clip from a very biased source?) I always try to watch both sides and actually LISTEN to what they’re saying….then do an independent query of my own… On the surface it’s right vs left…but if you dig just beneath the surface you’ll learn it’s about the “Haves” & the “Have Nots”, and the “Haves” never can fill their cups enough so they take from the “have nots” Man craves power over his fellow man….this is a story as old as time! The easiest way to defeat your opponent is to DIVIDE & CONQUER! My dad always told me that there’s 3 things you never want to discuss publicly…..MONEY, RELIGION, & POLITICS!
