I grew up in the system, started at 12 years old . Back in the 80’s the only gang members you met were real deal, it wasn’t popular or cool. I started running with some IGD’s and they were my friends so when I hit prison I was already a predator… went in fighting and raising hell. As the years went by I would mingle with the folks and was considered an OG.. lol. Shit caused me a lot of trouble but I was about that life and didn’t care. I look back at it now and wonder how many people go into prison and instantly become something that the streets didn’t make them. I stayed in that life from 12 to 33… I’m not saying I was a phony or fake because I was really really about it, but I am saying I turned myself into a gang member.. and I’ve governed prisons. Since I’ve been home I’ve become a manager at the jobs I’ve had, big corporations too.. I think it’s just good leadership qualities. 😂🤣 I’m sure I’m not the only person who had lived this path… peace out brother.

@@Packy.and.Monique If you can afford to see a sleep specialist it might help. Try over the counter melatonin up to 10mg. It might help put you out better. I have severe sleep problems, but not like what you describe. Also, try to work daily fiber into your diet. There's a STRONG connection between our brains and our guts. They feed you garbage while incarcerated and that can mess your gut up. You don't have to have obvious issues like the runs or constipation. Don't under estimate what I'm saying. Former research scientist here.

Right that’s how I felt. I didn’t want to sound like I was putting God down. I just didn’t understand at that time. I read the Bible a lot in prison. I still believe even after I lost my brother now I see there’s reasons behind God‘s choices. maybe he was saved from a harder life to come, or to not go through something more horrific who knows.

Warren Ohio is extremely dilapidated and impoverished. To call it a suburb of Youngstown isn't really accurate, it's more like a giant ghetto next to Youngstown lol. If he suffers from sleep paralysis let him know that he can wear a sleep mask at night and it will greatly reduce how bad sleep paralysis is.

@Packy.and.Monique try getting a sleep mask and cover your eyes, or even just wrap a tshirt around your head when you sleep. I started having sleep paralysis 2 or 3 times a week as a kid. It's absolutely terrifying. I found that if you cover your eyes the sleep paralysis that you have is much easier to deal with. You'll still have it, but it's nothing like seeing something walk in your room to attack you. Also try sleeping with a "sleep machine", it's a speaker that plays a relaxing sound like a fan, white noise, rain, ocean waves, etc. It helped me alot with sleep paralysis. Ya I saw a show on that when I was locked matte rof facts they was talking about gang activity in more less expected areas, anchorage Alaska was on there also. To be fully honest, no I’m not. It’s a part of my parole guidelines & I have to have it in my system along with nothing else but my Psych meds 🤦🏻‍♂️ Idk it’s kinda shitty though & ya I’ve heard that about the teeth thing but luckily hasn’t happend to me or my woman at all. At least not yet so maybe it’s not too late. In 3 months I can try & idk what my girl would say or not though…

@Packy.and.Monique i was on it for 10 years . i did alot of heavy metals and parasite detox protocols while I weened off. it wasn't that difficult this way . however I've seen alot of people having success with taking sublicade for 2 or 3 months and getting off of it without any problem. of course you got to want to be done with it.

@@Packy.and.Monique i weaned off it but got myself on kratom. just take a smaller x smaller chunk or piece of film every wk til ya barely on it. i wouldn't recommend trading subs for kratom per se but i can say i haven't banged dope in yrs so it's doable. you can take less than 8mg x still piss it for parole.

That’s more what methadone does. Suboxone & depending on what strength your on & also your diet, meaning don’t drink sweet sugary drinks & eat chocolate, just drink water & brush your teeth 2-3 times a day & your teeth will be ok. It’s just most people on methadone & suboxone have poor diet & oral hygiene hence teeth rotting away.
