సర్ మీరు చెప్పేది వాస్తవం పాఠశాల వ్యవస్థలు నాణ్యమైన విద్య దొరకకపోవడం చదువుకున్న చదువు సర్టిఫికెట్ల కి పనికి రావడం చాలా సమస్యగా ఉంది ప్రభుత్వాలు మధ్యతరగతి కుటుంబాల కు నాణ్యమైన విద్య అందించలేక పోతుంది ఈ ప్రభుత్వాలు ఎన్నడు విద్యావ్యవస్థ పై ఆలోచన జరుగుతాయో తెలియదు తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రంలో అతి గోరాతి గోరంగా ఉంది విద్యావ్యవస్థ

అప్పులు చేసి సంక్షేమం పేరుతో పంచే లక్షల కోట్లు పెట్టుబడుల ప్రోత్సాహాకానికి స్కిల్ పెంచటానికి పెట్టినట్టయితే నిరుద్యోగం ఇంత తీవ్రంగా ఉండదు, ఆ ఉచిత పథకాల అవసరమే ఉండదు.

16 లక్షల కోట్లు ప్రోత్సాహకాలు ఇస్తే అవి పెట్టుబడులు గా సంస్థలు పెట్టలేదు అని కేంద్ర ఆర్థిక మంత్రి చెప్పింది కదా ా డబ్బు ఏదో విద్యా వ్యవస్థ మీద ఖర్చు పెడితే మంచి నాణ్యమైన విద్య అందిస్తే అప్పుడు అన్ని కంపనీ లు పరిగెత్తుకుంటూ వచ్చి మరీ ఉద్యోగాలు ఇస్తాయి

If so many students are unemployable, then fault lies with system. System is failing us. My father, he couldn't finish college due to family situation. He moved to Hyd. Learned various skills. Got a job and fulfilled his financial dreams. I, on the otherhand, despite having passed college with good grades from a decent clg in city and with good paying job don't feel like I am enough. The system is dangerously killing self confidence of the students. Because we know the education we had for four years is not competitive. Now I am learning various new things by working in the industry.

సర్ మిడిల్ ఏజ్ 35 నుండి 45 సంవత్సరాల వయసు గల వారికి పది పదకొండు సంవత్సరాల నుండి ప్రభుత్వాల పద్ధతిలో కొత్త కొత్త నిర్ణయాలు మార్పు ద్వారా ఉపాధి కోల్పోవడం జరిగింది ఇప్పుడు ఏం పని చేయాలి అర్థం కాని వ్యవస్థ వయసుకు తగిన పని దొరకక పోవడం

Sir, Respect towards government employees by people us not only attributed to colonial mindset sir. It comes from the feeling that, none can escalate and do anything if they don't work. Strengthening the ombudsman plays a key role in this aspect. For example, a farmer will not have enough time to go to government offices, their higher officials to complaint that xyz officer is not releasing water for irrigation. Firstly, he/she will not be allowed(our fate). Secondly, some government officials expect princely treatment for doing their job. They want private taxes and cess(sarcasm). What should thebfarmer fight with? The weather ?, The loans ?, Drying seeds and attacking birds and pests ? Meagre lifestyle ?

Salaries aspect : Other side of the coin. A fresher shall be paid 50 lakh per annum for being a developer in a team. A district magistrate salary for leading , administration, governing the whole district ?

గవర్నమెంట్ ఆఫీసుల్లో పైలా పచ్చీసు గా ఏమీ లేదు. చచ్చేంత పనికిరాని పని ఉంది.

Reservations in education is okay because everybody has to get an opportunity to learn. But Reservations in Employment is wrong , you already got an education just like the others but you failed to learn. Affirmative action is required to encourage people who are disadvantaged , but that percentage should be very small , less than 10%.

ఉద్యోగులు వాళ్ళ కోసం ధర్నాలు చేశారు కానీ ఒకప్పుడు మేము కూడా నిరుద్యోగులమూ అని వాళ్ళ గురించి ఆలోచించారా? రీటెయిడ్ మెంట్ ఏజ్ ఎన్ని సార్లు పెంచిన ఒక్కరూ వొద్దు అనలేదు కానీ ఒక్క నెల తగ్గిస్తే ఊరుకుంటారా?

Telangana form ayyaka asalu notifications time ki raaka unemployment perigindi... once or twice try chesi vere chuskundam ankuntaru.. asalu raase chance raakapote evarini anali.. it is not only because of lack of skills for the candidates but also lack of planning and dont care attitude from the governments.. 🙏
