Sir , one doubt neenga sona mari ipo PR system follow panna , oru example ku nama india la 100 constituency iruku A - 45 % B - 35% C - 20% So A-45 Mp , B- 35 Mp , C-20Mp parliament ku send panuvanga Idula A B C moonu party um 100 candidates respectively announce panirpanga A party 45 seat score panrapo meedi 55 MPs parliament ku poga mudiyadu then how will they decide who r that 45 candidates to take part in Parliament And also how 'll they decide respective Mps from a selective constituency i.e for example in south chennai constituency which party person will be MP Thank you sir

Good question..Actually, Within PR system, there is a system called Party List''system. With party list PR, political parties provide candidate lists and voters vote for a list. Within Party list, there are two types- open List and closed list. In Closed List, voters dont have preference of candidates but in Open list, Voters have preference for candidates.

Please don't go by judgements given by politicians. Please study and analyse yourself. As per Indian constitution, State governments have their own existence. Powers are divided between centre and state. We can't term states as slaves of Centre. At the same time, Indian states are NOT completely independent. They are dependent on centre for certain things- Defence, Financial help etc. Further, during situations like emergency, Centre can dictate rules for a particular state or all states Its more of "give and take" policy. Thats why Indian Federalism is called "Co-operative Federalism"
