SIR 1 REQUEST.....After each video series on a particular topic , please make an additional video (or live chat) in a bid to clear our genuine doubts related to that topic....doubt class kinda thing.....suppose we have not understood something that you explained and want a different or a better explanation..... for instance...I have a doubt in Article 14.." the SC held that where equals and unequals are treated differently, Article 14 does not apply..." i am not able to discern this statement....please make me understand this... thnks for ur selfless support sir

Sir , have some confusion around Constitutional amendment , 368 , doctrine of judicial review & doctrine of basic structure. My understanding is : certain subjects have been listed in article 368 and constitional amendment for these requires special majority and they could not be judicially reviewed till 24/04/1973 . Post which doctrine of judicial review by SC laid down certain subjects which form the basic structure of the constitution and are subject to judicial review and then onwards they can be reviewd judicially. Have i complicated things or is my understanding correct ? Sir awaiting response . Please clear the confusion!
