⚡Few Clarifications/Corrections: 1. Censure Motion can be introduced in Both LS+RS. If passed no resignation is required. 2. Money Bill can be introduced by a Private Member. However it's disputed as Laxmikant says Private members can't. Budget related bill can't be introduced by Private members. But general financial bills can be.
