Wondering what this means for developers. How much time will be required to set up Different flavors of XCMs between each parachain. Theoretically it looks awesome but practically this looks very time consuming and not error free

Dude Polkadot has to set a limit amount for issuing tokens, I'm already starting to suspect that this is only good for the creator.

What are you talking about? Issuing tokens? Are you talking about increasing supply? This is normal. Polkadot need to reward people for staking their dot. Otherwise how you expect network to provide security for parachains?

@@faresar 8% inflation a year is not the reason for the drop, Whole fucking market is in the dumpster right now, if you didnt notice. Every coin is down 80%+ from its all time high. Hell, even stock market is down a lot.

@@Altmer353 not talking about “the drop” 8-10% inflation a year is alot when you think about the utility. Protocol security (staking which brings us inflation), locking to win parachain slot (which have cooled down now and most are self funding now since its cheap and there is little interest) Voting rights (who cares?) Where is the value in dot man? Supply increases by 8% (think about compounded interest) in a non bull market period the value is destined to keep going lower and only go up in hype periods.

@@faresar number can change. But, you are not acounting for dot that needs to be locked up every 2 years for each parachain. We already have something like 15% locked up, indefinitely because chains need to prolong lease period every 2 yeara. And there will be more projects/parachains each year. And that means more demand.
