To get some good cheap players I recommend looking in the welsh league at teams like Barry,cardiff met uni sometimes they have some great young players I bought a striker from cardiff met uni,who's irish cost me £500 (was 16 at the time now 18) and hes my top goalscorer with notts county and has incredible stats, even check northern Ireland aswell because they can have some good young prospects
