You can slow down the playback speed in the KZbin settings.

For the final method- how do you drag and scale the pattern? What tools is she using for that?

Select the pattern piece with the Edit Pattern Tool. You can then scale/move the texture.

I'm not quite sure how this would work for a mac user.. I'm trying to figure out how to do the first method. I'm stuck at the point where she's created the tipping in PS and then needs to apply it to the collar ribbing in Clo.

Asking this here because it's the most recent video posted. Do you have a reference video for how to sew a piece of clothing on top of another piece of clothing without simulation issues? I'm trying to create a string bikini.. at the very bottom of the top of the bikini, the cord like strap is woven through the two triangle pieces and it creates sort of an elastic look. But my cord always just pops right through the triangle pieces and won't stay put.
