I luv both Ford n VW but my personal favourite wil always remain Ford... I own a first gen Figo....aftr 12yrs also the car is a beast at picking up speed..... Ford's 2nd and 3rd gears hve soo much power in dem n dat could be noticed too in the drag..... Both these hatchback legends are badly missed seriously..... Wish Ford took a u turn n strtd it's sales in India again😔

Figo 2011 is the underdog. I own a 2011 Ford Figo 2011 Duratec Petrol. Gapped Polo innumerable number of times on the expressway, I tell you only if aftermarket options were as wide as Polo's, Figo would had ruled. It is just an underdog in the hatchback market. Polo's aftermarket modifications is the only reason why it has been the eye candy.

I have Figo aspire1.5D and VW Vento 1.6D... Both cars are awesome Figo is astonishing, mileage of 26kmpl on highway with AC on and 23 in mountains without AC, city AC on 18kmpl.... And when it comes to power...you can feeel the thunder And maintenance is cheaper then suzuki boleno. on the other hand Vento is way expensive to mantain but is smooth on high speeds. Won't feel 100km/h in vento but in Figo aspire you feel little vibrations after 100km/h But both cars are of different segments And I love both of them.

If it was a Sport Edition Figo Diesel, the results would have been exponential. This here is a bs6 Figo Blue Edition Diesel, less agressive straight from the factory. But the bs4 one, especially the Sport Edition Diesel, it's Leagues apart. I own one. Stability, braking, acceleration, Cornering whatever it takes to be a perfect daily Sport Car, it has it. Next time when you see a Figo with S badge, it's just not decals. There's more under the hood.

The fairer competition would’ve been with the Polo GT TDI. This is not the performance version of the Polo. Figo is one hell of a motor and by the looks of it, it seems like Figo’s engine is somewhat tuned towards performance. One other thing different is the weight but anyway none the less, exciting result, props to Figo. Edit : 1.5 TSI VW/Skoda race next?
