both are the ways (forms) in which decentralisation may be done...and no real difference between decentralisation and administrative decentralisation...decentralisation is an administrative arrangement...don't get confused on terminologies...

Sir what is the difference between decentralisation and federalism

In decentralization higher authority delegate, devolove, give awy some power and functions to its lower level units/offices; in federalism all federating units (centre, state, local level) draw powers from constitution and hence are not under one another...
