10:20 the East German units don't cost any more than the standard Soviet/Polish/whatever ones so the resolute trait is free essentially. So if you want to spam T-72s 9th GDR is still better than the Polish armoured div BUT the Polish div gets more infantry so there is a reason to play it. Also unrelated but the T-72M is only 5 points cheaper than the T-72M1 which is really dumb as it has 2 less armour which is huge (15 vs 17) so 9th Panzer is just better than 7th Panzer
