Good morning sergeant fuzz I really enjoy your side project is I’m sure you’re well aware I particularly enjoyed the wonderful. Where you were doing some abstract art and I always enjoy watching the interviews with you about old music and record collection. Your recollections of what we would call the old days. Thanks for being the other lips in the band. It was a pleasure to meet you a couple of times that I did particularly memorable was the time outside theater of living arts in Philadelphia. I regret that I did not ask you for an autograph right there or maybe I did but I can’t remember I’m pretty sure I didn’t. I think I got your autograph on one of the specialized additions of one of your latest projects that was ambient. I read a book once years ago, and they said that one of the fathers along with John Cage was also the Gustav Mahler one of my own favorite composers was one of the beginners of what we now referred to as ambience or trippy kind of music for me there’s a pleasure both in the classical music and the classical rock And other genres, I listen to everything really. Sometimes Pop music doesn’t quite. Shall we say touch me in the same place? After all, there’s some type of blank places in music between the message of the lyrics, and the notes that are played beneath it, I think by reducing the vocals, some be a good thing as a poet, I know from studying Zen and Zen, Buddhism. Is reductionism is sometimes the best thing to have. I don’t have a really good recording studio over here yet, but yeah, I should be working on ambient because it’s one of those sub genres that’s harder to label. It seems that it’s a place where the unconscious and conscious mind can come together Much is a thoughtless, conscious dream. Anyhow, I just I’m happy to celebrate this beginning of August which for me is always one of the best months of summer. Fingers crossed everything is going to be OK. Not sure what I’m doing for the rest of this summer. I’ve got a little touch of tomcat blues I must say. One thing I know is I gotta take care of myself sometimes and I think this month it’s best that I focus inside myself and take care of what I Gotta do for me. Yeah, I spend a lot of time worrying about other people and giving back so I’m writing you this because I was writing a lovely story about you last night Describing when we met outside the theater and it was an interview by you that reminded me of that night I like that you’re such a steady guy and obviously so cool. It would be a real pleasure to collaborate officially someday if we could come up with something that people would enjoy. I’d be more than happy to work on it with you and of course I do enjoy a very nice cup of tea in the morning and most anytime. Well, that’s how life finds me these days and I’m alive and well no I’m not in the margins, but I am cyan. (Sighing) and enjoying the peace that life affords me now. Despite the pressures and judgment tribulations that sort of thing, I say that everybody’s going through it these days I see it everywhere like the whole world is on fire or something. Here’s the time to quote something I think in this case it’s going to be based on WB Yeats. Well, I feel we could flip, perhaps a wooden nickel to find out whether it’s going to be fire or ice. Hopefully we won’t have to go use our sunglasses to defrost a glacier trying to eat some mastodon shank that’s been in there for centuries or more. lol 😂
