Congratulations on your job at Premier Rides! That's amazing

I love it when a nolimits video actually starts with the pov right away instead of a boring 2min intro and then a 30s ride
@MrBCoasters6 жыл бұрын
Hey well, some of us put an awful lot of work into those "boring 2min intros" that actually showcase the ride :P hehe. You'd think if someone spent 1-2 years making a ride the least people could do is spend 5 minutes watching the entire video :P
@NemesisRider6 жыл бұрын
Amen to that, Mr B... It's so much easier to just do a POV, offride videos need a lot more planning and thought regarding angles, pacing, etc.

The sequence of elements between 0:14 and 0:20 seems stunning.

Damn what a good ride. Perfect shaping, great pacing, great supports, the whole works.

Yooo congrats on your job at Premier! :D Nice ride too! You can really feel how the roll rate never really levels out at zero (except for the air hill), and it works really well here.
@MrBCoasters6 жыл бұрын
Thank ya! And that was totally the intention of this ride, love that you noticed :D
@MyLifeAsBrandon6 жыл бұрын
Congrats! Now to actually build something like this. I’m sick of all these coaster companies not taking risks and having boring layouts and supports. Subscribing to stay up to date with you.

It's simply amazing, every transition is flawless and would fit on a real ride. Could you put the park up for download one day ? 😃

premier rides!? that's so legit!! my future dream career is to be a roller coaster designer. hopefully we can work together in the future to make some of the rides you have made on nolimits, because they are epic!

For added realism you need a safety block system that doesnt block the station in case a rollback occurs to allow a failed launch to roll through and re-enter the station safely.
@MrBCoasters6 жыл бұрын
Ken Rea Yes I'm well aware. As mentioned in the description, this ride is wip, dont take it seriously. I havent even touched blocking yet. There isnt even a catwalk on the launch lol.
@sydelixyt6 жыл бұрын
Can you please put this up for download? I really need to see how you did the supports, I’m making a similar ride and it’s really important that I support it correctly.

Awesome coaster, I love the high banking. So what kind of process did you go through getting a job at Premier? I've never looked into this stuff before.
@MrBCoasters6 жыл бұрын
Thanks! And I interned with them last summer after running into the company's president at an ASTM networking event. I hate to say it but it's all about who you know. Gotta put yourself out there. Edit: Also a degree in engineering haha.

Mr. B Coasters wow that's awesome! I've never really thought about working for a coaster manufacturer before but information can't hurt so thanks
@MrBCoasters6 жыл бұрын
Forsure, I will say if you do want to go down that path--Commit to it 100%. It takes a lot of money (travelling) and effort, and there are much easier industries to get into, so you have to be willing to put in the commitment.

Mr. B Coasters also, what did you use to model the station? I’m designing a coaster and the theme is like an Egyptian ruin so I need a program to model things 😂
@MrBCoasters6 жыл бұрын
I used SketchUp :)

Oh wow, that must've taken ages.

Good for you dude! It’s always been one of my dreams to design roller coasters. But I’ve moved on and now want to go into some sort of engineering or life sciences career.
