I would love to watch one program filming the surroundings instead of people with their faces in the camera, in that not why you are there investigating? Can't catch evidence like that.

This pair as far as paranormal investigators go are the spirit world equivalent of the two Ronnies. Don't even get me started on Yvette Fielding and the rest of the Most haunted gang either who got caught doing a rigged investigation. That said and aside, I will say I've personally been to 30 East drive on a serious investigation. I've been fascinated with hauntings for over 20 years and have participated in numerous investigations. But this place just isnt right. We did a couple of sessions using an Ovilus, PSB spirit boxes, rem pods and other various trigger objects. Things regarding my own and other members of our team's private lives came out on our equipment which nobody could've possibly known. We all go by nicknames, but chillingly, it even knew our real names. We caught some superb EVPs too. This is one of my favourite places to investigate, but there is something there that most definitely isn't a positive energy. If you ever decide to spend a night there on an investigation, you won't be disappointed. Just make sure you bring spare underwear.

I don't ever post anything negative if I can help it but this is one of the worst investigations I've ever seen. There was way too much footage of the investigators themselves instead of the surroundings. After asking a spirit to do or say something I believe you're supposed to stay silent for a while but there was nonstop talking. I can't help but feel that both investigators were feeding off each other's paranoia also. As for the 'growls', in answer to the question 'did you hear that?' uhhhh nope! All I could hear was the unnecessary screaming that followed 🤦

Everybody complains about the owner "making a fortune"...if you bought a haunted house and couldn't sell it-this would be a great idea to 'pay the bills'. No? If only I could be this lucky! Also- there are plenty of scary things I've seen at this place (hundreds of witness accounts, videos via KZbin, articles written, etc.) that cannot be explained by conventional science...but until you/someone proves to me this is a hoax....we should give all people who have been affected/scared/witnessed unusual things (etc.) the benefit of the doubt. The common wall shared with nextdoor may explain the footsteps & noises (especially going upstairs). The owner is making big bucks by the house being "haunted". Could he be in partnership with Carol the nextdoor neighbour? Could he be paying her to give people the house keys together with creating the "paranormal" footsteps & noises heard through the common wall? After all she has lived there for 30+ years.
