Would these work in an inbound Call centre environment with Noise cancelling switched on? (ANC) As Other buds I have tried, customers have said they can hear other call centre staff talking in the background and other general office sounds?

Hey! I recently bought the Poly Voyager Free 60+ UC. I've tried using the dongle to connect to my pc and the latency is the same compared to using bluetooth. Did I not enable anything? Or is the latency like 200 ms even with the dongle?
