Pregnancy mein to aisa nahein hota. You can confirm it by simple test at home . It seems like an infection to me.

Yes it is possible. Usually pcos leads to sterility but many women have normal pregnancy and normal babies with pcos. Bur during conception stay in touch with your gynecologist.
