Just saw this group on 360 sessions on Direct tv last nite. She's got a great voice, They got their start by winning a battle of the bands on the U.K. I think in 04. Then signed their first record deal when they were only 18yrs old. They were very humble in their interview, This music brings back good memories. THIS IS A GREAT TUNE!

Alphabeat were/is a Danish pop band from Silkeborg. The group first formed in 2003 under the name Sodastar, in the Danish town of Silkeborg As Sodastar, they won the 2004 edition of Danish music contest LiveContest DK, which enabled the creation of a self-titled EP and 16-date promotional tour. In 2006, the group changed their name to Alphabeat, they have never won a battle of the bands in the UK and The band's eponymous debut album, "Alphabeat", was released in Denmark on 5 March 2007, peaking at number two on the Danish Albums Chart and reaching platinum status in five months of release. The band's success in their domestic market attracted the attention of several major labels from larger markets abroad and Alphabeat was eventually signed to EMI's Charisma Records label in the United Kingdom in 2007/2008

i read their disography and i gotta say , they havent got as nearly as many records sold as i thought they would have. I also randomly clicked on this song, and I love it! Scandinavian dance pop is usually so very melodic and bouncy, like someone else said it below. True, their lyrics are often childishly simple (think ABBA, Aqua, etc.), but who cares? That's the point, I think. Songs like these are about people who are feeling incredibly happy to be alive and are celebrating. Haven't we all felt that way at one point or another? And if not, maybe songs like these will help. :-)
