I hear some say a buffer is not rough enough to properly prep the natural nail. I would personally rather use a buffer then a regular file. Do you mind if I ask what brand is the pink buffer that you use.

Nope! They are still on now and it's been over a week! I think because I put glitter in first It made them stick really strong, last time I just used polygel with no glitter and they popped off fine
