Recently started using poly gel and I love it. So tempted to try since I broke my arm and can’t twist it for long lol can you do a video doing this method and actually designs! 😁. I’m guessing you would put top coat,cure it. Design,cure it. Then poly 🤔

How do you take these nails off? Do you just soak them off? 😊

I pop mine off, not the healthiest! But once it’s about 2 weeks, I can just get under with a cuticle pusher and pop them off

You have to file them off. Polygel is a hard gel and cannot be soaked off. So not pop them off..it will damage your nails. File until you safely reach your own mail and then soak in acetone using cotton soaked balls, plastic bag, paper towel and warm water in a separate bowl. This is the safest if you want to protect your own nails.

I agree that Femi helped make it a more popular way to apply polygel buy using social media and spreading the word but I’ve known techs that have done this longer then 5+years. I wouldn’t say she “invented” it. She just made more people aware that this is another super easy way to do it for people who struggle with the original instruction on how to apply it.
