I watched this too much times! Day 1 1 - just listening 2 - listening and reading at the same time 3 - listening and repeating all Day 2 4 - listening, reading and speaking before you or at the same time to see if I learned some expressions that I didn't understand the pronunciation. 5 - Copying the text at same time saying loud Day 3 6 - Listening to the audio, I wrote down what you said, without looking at what was written in the video. 7- I corrected the mistakes I made in writing.

Hi , I am from Poland. For the last 1.5 year I did huge improvement in my englisch. I learnt around 1500 new words ( and still learning). And also I can communicate in englisch with other people and my family from Australia. For example 2 years ago I couldn't say any simple sentence , right now I am almost fluent. My advice for other learnenrs: - learn new words ( create sentece with new word) -listen every day 1 or 2 hours diffrent type of podcasts -start speaking
