If this was a bit cheaper I would be in. That much and its just a preorder price from what I understand? That is a brutal hit. Especially for folks like me who will use it as a secondary or convenient way to play Saturn or NEO-GEO CD. Impressive emulation though!

Never played it on the original PS1 since I lived in North America, but this game is really FUN! We couldn't stop playing hence the long video! :)

If it was a PAL game it would of course not be in 60, but 50. I cant see a tech reason it would not have done 50 though. As things like "Motorhead" did, with less pop in.

So the modules are really only for playing physical carts. Can you load roms onto the base console then?

This game comes preloaded with the system. No ROM loading. The base unit does however contain an optical disc drive for disc game systems (and no module is required for Sega CD / TurboGrafx-CD).

I tried Sega saturn real hardware tomb raider 1 run 15 fps in level 2 lag while Sega saturn emulator run full 30fps in level 2 no lag. Can you test it that i can see diffrence.

Can you increase the resolution or do any other graphic changes? To PSX and Saturn games? Can you play any cartridge games on the base Polymega? Or is the base system only PSX and Saturn? I don`t really understand the website FAQ. As I understand it, if I want to play Mega Drive games I have to buy the Base system + another expansion for the Mega Drive games, and another expansion if I want to play NES games? And another expansion yet again if I want to play Super Nintendo games? How big will the Polymega end up being after all the expansions are mounted?

We plan to add graphical enhancements to the PS1 in the future. The base Polymega system plays CD Games only, and any cartridge games you want to installed can be done so through the Element Modules. We currently have 4 Element Modules, NES (EM01), SNES (EM02), Genesis / Mega Drive / 32X (EM03), and TurboGrafx-16 / PC-Engine/ Supergrafx (EM04). Modules can only be inserted one at a time so it never gets bigger than the systems being currently played. Thanks!

Working hard to hide ps1 graphics lol this games dark and has above average ps1 graphics. Only ps1 game footage I've noticed ... I'd like to see like Ff8 and Tekken 2 maybe or even soulblade or any game from 96 or 97 that's got 3d graphics to see how jaggy it will look in hd, show off your filters if they help.

Here's a cool idea. I wonder if PAL exclusive 50hz games could be boosted to 60hz NTSC modes via Polymega Emulation. That would be rather neat. You see, there are alot of games that I own that came out in Japan and Europe but not North America and although I've always stuck with owning the Japanese versions, It would be really nice to play them in full english using the PAL versions boosted to NTSC signals. Think you guys could make this possible? It would be nice to play the boardgame mode in Magical Drop 3 in full english at correct speeds along with other games like Pop N' Pop, Rapid Reload, and more.
