So you leave the blanks inside the bracelet??? What if it was the metal ones? Would they stay inside?

Yes, those blanks are perfect for baking and stay inside of the final result! They are very lightweight, thin, and flexible, as well they're have surface which doing good sticking for polymer clay. Metal blanks can also be used as base for bracelets. However, sometimes they are too heavy (+polymer clay) and not flexible, so you can't open it widely. And the clay can stick out from the blank after baking.
