Is the blue clay or pigment powder?

@@FrancesScroggins-c3v Thanks for the question!🙂 I used Blue clay before applying the green mica color powder in order to show my desired color(Blue/green) ideal for gold flakes!🙂 I hope it may help you to know the answer of your question!🙂 Have a great day ahead!
