Polymer Clay Mixed Media: Lisa Pavelka Peel Tutorial

The Lisa Pavelka Peel is a wonderful technique that enables you to use metal leaf almost like mica powder. Unlike mica powder though the silver leaf will remain in the indented parts of your pattern. Today I’ll use Lisa Pavelka’s Love Letter Stamp.

What a wonderful technique Samantha! This is the first time I've heard of it, is it relatively new or have I simply been blind and deaf as usual? 😉 What I enjoy most about this is that because I am not a jewellery maker and prefer sculptures and placing veneers on household objects, I can see that this would give endless possibilities to make an item pop! Thank you so much. I'm looking forward to my two clay stamps ordered from you arriving in the post. They are fractured ice and icicles. Just wondering how they may work with this technique? It's a relatively unknown technique as far as I know. The texture stamps I sent should work with it though the fractured ice stamp would probably work better than the icicle one. :D
