I'm 69 and have been working in this medium for 13 years. I'm not a professional and I don't have an art degree. Polymer clay has literally saved my sanity! I can get lost in it. So glad you're enjoying it too!

Hello Samantha :) I am a paper crafter at heart but I am so glad I checked out this video. The thumbnail of this color Mokume Gane really caught my eye. I think this particular Mokume Gane and the pebble stamp effect is one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen and I can't wait to try it out. In addition, your style of teaching is so thorough and patient, it's a real pleasure to watch. Thank you so much for the work you do :)

You are SUCH a wonderful teacher and artist, Jessica! So calm, creative, organized, inspiring ... wowwww! Thanks so much for sharing your process with us. The results are *gorgeous*, and it's great that you explain how even slight changes can significantly affect the end results. I especially love the blue and white piece...very wintery (we're in the midst of a blizzard here in northeastern U.S. now!).

Wow. Jessama this is beautiful. I’m new here, but this has definitely given me some inspiration for my future polymer clay videos. I make somewhat different content, but I would like to see how this would looks if used as, for example, clothing on one of my little clay sculptures. Thank for this - I’ll be checking back in :)

that was fun, I did better with the cutters than the texture sheet. I think the clay stack was too thin. I am still having a challenge with skinner blends. I can follow the tutorial and still not get it right. I will try and try. It was a good tutorial.

I tend to use it most of the time. I do this mostly because it's the easiest to use as it doesn't show up dirt.
