Polytechnique Montréal's White Rose scholarship winner is reaching for the stars

This year’s scholarship honouree, Makenna Kuzyk, is from Alberta and hopes to one day become an astronaut. The award is given out each year to commemorate the 14 female engineering students who were killed in an anti-feminist mass shooting at École Polytechnique on Dec. 6, 1989.
