Bill Doss and W. Cullen Hart, I think it was. They were both part of the Elephant 6 Collective (ever hear of it?), although OTC was much more a part of it than Of Montreal.

Their last great album. Mixed the brilliant psych-pop of their earlier albums with an 80's-style dancier sound. As for Barnes' sexuality, I think he's fond of taking PERSONAS who are bisexual or at least bi-curious, at least going back to the very first album with "Tim, Wish You Were Born a Girl" and "When a Man is in Love with a Man" from the "Bird..."
