To my Hmong ladies, you dont need a man to bury you. Get yourself life insurance, have good relationship with your kids and family. The way to heaven is thru Jesus. Accept Christ into your heart. Be faithful to God, you will see heaven.

It’s really SAD how Hmong tradition is. My sister stays married to her Hmong husband who mistreats her and cheats on her only because she doesn’t want to worry about her burials. She felt it’s the least he could do for the way he treats her. I told her that he can divorce her at any time and won’t have to bury her later either. I told her to make sure he stay married is to get life insurance for herself and to designate her son / husband as beneficiaries of her policy. It’s really sad that this lady died tragically and alone. But we do good or evil deeds to ourselves by making the choices we do.

That is not always true. My Ex-husband did not work since 1998. The cheater is him. For Hmong it is mostly the men that cheated. I am a business owner and we lived in 2 houses.

I don’t understand why the Hmong women want their ex husband to bury them. Remember In life after you Left your husband, everyone in his family hate you and curse you to death like they make no wrong so if there’s such a thing Ancestors, would you think his ancestors do the same why go meet and tolerate the pain and suffering from his ancestors. That would The last thing I want to do. Besides where is these ancestors located anyway. Just repent yourself and believe in God and go straight to heaven.
