Hey, my pom is almost 4 months old and i think is going through the monkey/uglies shedding. Ive noticed hes shedded on the back of his legs a little bit and his tummy but hair is growing back there. Is that normal?

Yes, it is normal. Look at this adorable puppy, he is 1 year old and has a beautiful coat. Don't worry, your Pomeranian's hair will grow back.
