Is the water warm in the pool? Heated?

It's heated but not warm. Tepid. It felt good though! We loved the indoor-outdoor hot tub. It would be so cool to be out there while it's snowing! The little water park is also tons of fun. Not just for kids!

How was the day care service at your hotel? We’re they happy?

It was excellent! We were very happy. The daycare also lets guests use the play room for free if an adult accompanies the kids, which is fantastic. We were actually supposed to be back at Kananaskis Mountain Lodge but cancelled due to coronavirus. Hopefully we can return again in the future!
