Based on your suggestion, I bought it. The quality of the titanium is equally good, I suspect it is all made by a Chinese supplier.

Jenny. You are one of the few to even talk about Pomoly other than sponsored Lonewolf 902. The designs of Pomoly appear well thought out. No durability has been discussed or even dealing with Pomoly in the limited information i can find. Any other information you can post would be appreciated

Hello! Yes, I actually found out about Pomoly through watching Lonewolf 902, so I decided to take a chance and ordered the T1 ultra. I have been very impressed with the quality. Their website is OK, it could use a bit of sprucing up, but their products are very high-quality, and I am looking forward to using my Pomoly more this winter camping season😀😀 and I am not sponsored by Pomoly

My experience was a little different, it might be my fault too. Burning it too hot in a tent that was too big for it. I have the T-brick mini, one glass side panel. The non glass side warped pretty badly, but Pomoly did replace it for me. Also the bottom is pretty wavy from the fire coals. That’s with only six nights of use. Still like it but the longevity is in question. I bought a SS Winnerwell stove as my main car camping setup, it’s heavy but I love it.

Hello. I notice while looking up the specs on the site, that the stove, damper base, rings, 3 m pipe, carrying bag etc comes out just over 9 lbs. but you say 11.8 lbs. The stove on the site claiming to be just over 7 lbs alone. Just curious where the discrepancy is coming from. Are you going by specs of your 2022 model? Or weighing it. I’m just want real world measurements on weight. Usually you can’t get that from the manufacturer specs. They always say it’s lighter than it is.

I see that there is quite a bit of blackening on windows. Pomoly makes stoves that have air vents that keep an “air wall” on glass and reduces the blackening on the window. Their website is hard to navigate to compare these features. The response from customer service has been consistent, but really does not address these features. I was looking for Titanium, clean out drawer, with larger glass windows, air walls, side racks and sectional chimney. Would have to be 9’ because of the Circle 6 I just ordered. What I find is stoves that have some of the features but some are not stated on the site. All have ability to add on racks and a second set of stove pipes.But can’t really find the “air wall” to keep glass clean. It seems they use different terminology in each description.
@AdventuresinJennyland11 ай бұрын
The air wall you speak of would be great!
@MultiThunder12343 ай бұрын
Let me save you time, if you get one of these you will never get much sleep because you will constantly need to feed the stove every 2 hours. Until they find a way to make the wood last 6 to 8 hours in one of these it's just not worth the weight however if you're only going out on a day trip ... but then again, it's not worth the trouble for a day trip.

Good video! I have a Tegimen hot tent. The top of the tent is 75 inches high, How high should the chimney extend above the peak of the roof? The titanium stove pipe that came with my stove Pomoly stove is 118 inches long. With the spark arrestor at the top, it's stands 143 inches tall! How much should I cut off, and what should I do with the piece that I cut off? The stove jack is at 4 ft above the floor, so it seems like I have most of my stove above the tent.
@AdventuresinJennyland Жыл бұрын
That’s a good question. I don’t like my chimney to be too tall, I ended up getting the Titanium sectioned chimney, I think I mentioned in this video, and it’s about a foot shorter than the one that I ordered originally. I am digging the 8 foot length chimney for both my teepee and my dome tents.

Thanks great video, am just getting into tent stoves and have a question: what do you do with the ash, how do you remove it when you are using it the stove?
@AdventuresinJennyland Жыл бұрын
Hello! For the most part, there is not a lot of way to get rid of the ash. If I’m camping for longer than one day, I will empty out the ashes before I start a new fire the next day. There are some hot tent stoves that have a nice built in area for the ashes, but not many of them.
@pavloskourris277 Жыл бұрын
Thanks for your prompt reply. I was thinking of a tray or an opening underneath but as you say not all have one. So one just has to wait to let it cool down and empty it... doesn't sound efficient.
