Oh help. Sorry about the delay. Was out today WITHOUT my dog. Went to a Chinese restaurant my favorite and returned home LATE. So here I am in full admiration of your pompoms. S for Sweetheart 🤫. Its a mystery how you calculate all those wraps. I try these first on very cheap fluffy yarn which gives a good result BEFORE trying it with LOVE CRAFTS YARN. The cotton yarn is too rigid and turns out spikey. Waste of time. My eyes never blink while you are wrapping the yarn. Your fingers are so beautiful and they make me smile. Thank you! Regarding how I calculate all the wraps, I don't know how to explain this. After I practice a lot and accumulate experiences, I somehow can determine how many wraps I need to wrap. For making pompoms, you should use acrylic yarn rather than cotton yarn. You can use any acrylic yarn to make. Cheap acrylic yarn is also good enough to use.

Letter S is unsymmetrical, you can’t make it with only one side.
