Absolutely right. This video doesn’t change the fact that if you stay at the Cosmopolitan, you’re going to be treated like a convict. Maybe it’s just me but when I’m on vacation and paying hard earned money, I want to be treated like a guest. Crazy, right? I couldn’t recommend that place to anybody. Now, pull up your mask, go through the special entrance, go through the metal detector, get your temperature taken, and have a blast. (Don’t take any pictures, and pull up the mask between sips of that drink). Wheee!

@Scott Wilson Honestly...you make a very valid point. I do appreciate that the Cosmopolitan reached out to Pompsie and went above and beyond to make things right. Based on the way Pompsie was treated with an iron fist, and summarily issued a trespass warning for life, leaves little doubt in my mind that he was far from the first person banned from the Cosmo for the same reason. So the true test is whether or not Cosmo is contacting, apologizing, and rescinding all trespasses to those who experienced a similar fate.

People make mistakes and maybe this whole ordeal forced the Cosmo to re-examine the way it does business. Vlogging is not something most people do, and therefore I’m sure businesses don’t always know how to react when someone comes in armed with a camera. For me, I’ll be the judge of their customer service when I visit. All I’m saying is, cut them some slack.

I don’t know what to think about this video. My Cosmo experience last summer was pretty bad and I regretted staying there. The Cosmo could give me a week free there and I don’t think I could enjoy it like this guy seems to be. I wonder if they paid him to shoot an overly positive video for them.

53K subs is nothing in a youtube world where teenage girls have 13 million subs and 20 million views just to watch how they put on their makeup. I think that the most likely scenario is that pomsie in all his conversations with the Cosmo, hit on the right person who had the ear of upper management. This is not Ocean's 13 and security can find a better way to handle a situation like this. This guy seems obviously afraid and even if he was not following Cosmo policy, there should have been a more caring explanation to him by security.

And it’s not the subscriber count necessarily that matters but his channel is growing exponentially
