Mostly Spring and than hurricane season. Works best on a SE swell.

mickey rat, It is not always like that, but we do get very good surf in Central Florida. It’s very easy access to the beach, water is warm except in winter when you need a spring or full suit. I think it’s a great place to surf and live. I moved back to Ormond Beach after retiring from the Coast Guard and love surfing in this area
