A snorkel with a hose attached would let you stay under and makes it a bit quicker for you. Just make sure the Mrs isn’t about at the time! 😂😂 Maybe a net cover over the open end to avoid inhaling anything. 🤪👍👍👍

I used 'holiday extras' 11 days parking including 1 night stay, and breakfast for 2 at 'The Thistle' was £200 (you can choose that 1 night stay for either before you go or after you return)

Hi Lee, I may be wrong, but I think the idea of fibre washers is that they expand a llttle on contact with water so do tighten up themselves after a short time, and shrink when dry, so maybe worth waiting a little while before replacing them all. 👍

Great content as always Lee 👍....I run the same Oase filter and just wondered whether a couple of my thoughts/experiences might be useful. ......Re trickle in - I drilled a hole in the lid and trickle into the bio side. Re wifi issue - I'm with virgin and they provide booster pods that you just plug in to any electrical socket and this extends the house wifi to that point, not sure if other wifi providers do something similar. Re media air pump - I run a 40L which turns over 60L of Helix 13 + 30L of oase pond pads very nicely. Oase recommend a 60 + 20 mix but it all seems ok. Last point - The rosettes look the nuts 👍 Enjoy Japan!

I'm using bactoplus clay this year lee recommended by Ricky. Usually kusuri clay i use. Looking very much forward to the Japan vlogs again love them. I'm well impressed with the remote access to the oase set up you have. Superb.
