Since the customer is paying, he's pretty entitled to watch your work. For me, when I watch work I rarely pay for, I want two things out of it. See that the work is getting done and to learn all I can. And most times, the learning is the most important thing.

Nice work Mike, well done. Somebody asked me years ago if I minded the property owner watching me work and chating with me for half of the day. I told them , "I don't mind it when I am being payed by the hour. They can chat with me all day if they want too. It's their cash". But when I am being payed for the job, it's a diferant story. 🤣😂🤣 (I know. It's a bit mersonary).

Can’t believe I only watched this Thursday video today on Saturday. Must be something to do with this week being my first full 40 hour production week since at least June. Hopefully the microchip shortages are coming to an end and vehicle production can pick back up and dealerships actually have vehicles on the lots to sell. That dam looks great and once some vegetation comes in it will be a beautiful place to relax with friends and fishing poles.
@sassafrasvalley19392 жыл бұрын
Cap’n, how come Mikey didn’t have you put on the All Terrain Transport Roller for this job? I mean he had to know that it wasn’t gonna climb that slimy trail. But, kudos to you for figuring it out. Ultimately, you were able to run what you brung. Having that rocket booster was a smart plan. You saved beauqoup bucks on the cost of diesel. You done good on shaping the bank. A little seed and straw should polish it off nicely.

I love watching you at work. You never, it seems, work on the same thing twice in a row. One say, it’s for Dirt Perfect, the next it’s the new chicken coop, the day after that you’re fixing up some Godforsaken machine you got for a song to swap up. You’re like the proverbial jack of all trades, although in your case you master them. The continual chat you keep up makes the videos even more fun to watch since we come away learning something.
