If you act rightious or wisely according to the subjective messages of the Noble Qu'ran in prosperty and adversity then Allah SWT ll purify your heart. Then you can identify yourself as a real muslim in the eyes of Allah SWT. As Mohamed peace be upon him says: " Cleanliness is the half of faith".
