from my experience Shitcore is one of those genres with a classification that is not exactly collectively agreed upon. when compared to more concrete genres like Gabber or Speedcore for example, Shitcore is much more vague in terms of what elements actually make up the genre some people consider it shitpost/soundclown hardcore, some people consider it bad on purpose hardcore, and some people associate it moreso with specific artist's styles or elements like screeching vocals. i'm pretty sure there are also instances of Shitcore referring to a subgenre of metal instead of electronic hardcore. point is, its kinda all over the place as a genre (or at least thats my view on it) but anyway, back when this album came out i made 3 different tracks which all tackled the genre from different angles. one of them is DERPY REVOLUTION which was an attempt to mimic Passenger of Shit's style of Shitcore specifically. then there was TINNITUS ANY% which was a more low effort and bad on purpose take on the genre. less humor focused and moreso just poopy production. and lastly there's this one, which fully leans into the silly, shitposty, soundclown, humor focused classification of Shitcore while simultaneously combining it with Mashcore. composition wise, its definitely more Mashcore than Shitcore though. the goal was to make it super goofy and humor focused while still having some solid production value (though granted, i think the quality starts to fall apart towards the end of the track in retrospect) but it was definitely the highest effort of the 3 but yeah, thanks for the comment, i'm glad ya like the track! 👍
