@@CrawdaddyCustoms I'm in the process of pulling out my engine. I suspect thrust bearing issues. Will see what the damage is and what can be salvaged in order to see what direction my build goes.

I’m going to run it on a 64 Tempest. On a 2nd Gen, idk if the room is there- time will tell, but it should fit a 64-72(possibly up to 77) A body; a 67-69 Firebird; big car B bodies, etc.

@@frankaltrui3395 I’m thinking so. It’s been a while since I’ve had a first Gen, but they had a lot of clearance w/ the ironing board on the hood. I’ll try and get a measurement of how tall the complete setup is.

@@frankaltrui3395 Ok, w/ manifold sitting on bench top, it’s about 10-1/2” from bench top to top of Holley upper plenum. From the top of manifold flange where it bolts to the head/intake port to top of Holley plenum is about 7-1/2”

I am Interested in the Speedmaster manifold fuel injection set up. Is there a specific injection kit? How well does it run? I have a 1970 400 in a GP.

I believe Butler Performance has a Speedmaster EFI kit. You might take a look at Edelbrock’s newest Pontiac system- it’s very reasonably priced, for what you get. Seems like it was less than $2000 for a complete setup.
