I wonder if that was intentional. Maybe that's what they mean about the whole "shine/not a mask thing"? Though it seems to blend well and still manage too look good. But yeah its definitely not you, it definitely is not pigmented.

In k-beauty, not very pigmented and more soft eyeshadows are more popular than really pigmented ones, so L'oreal is probably trying to appeal to the k-beauty market since Pony is Korean.
